Dr. James Caldwell is a fellowship-trained interventional pain management physician who specializes in treating chronic pain through advanced, minimally invasive procedures. He performs a wide range of treatments including fluoroscopic-guided epidural steroid injections, rhizotomy, joint injections, nerve blocks, kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, interspinous spacer implants, minimally invasive lumbar decompression, sacroiliac joint fusion, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, and dorsal root ganglion stimulation. Dr. Caldwell is board certified in anesthesiology and board eligible in pain medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, the North American Neuromodulation Society, and the International Pain and Spine Intervention Society.
