Arkansas Surgical Hospital Welcomes Dr. Suzanne Abou-Diab and Dr. Iou-Ren Chang

Orthopedic and Pain Doctors Litle Rock

Arkansas Surgical Hospital is pleased to announce the addition of two highly trained physicians to its growing team of specialists: Dr. Suzanne Abou-Diab, an interventional pain medicine physician, and Dr. Iou-Ren Chang, a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction and complex hip and knee revision surgery.

Dr. Suzanne Abou-Diab specializes in interventional pain medicine and is dedicated to helping patients find relief from chronic pain through personalized, minimally invasive treatment options. A graduate of Little Rock Central High School with strong ties to Central Arkansas, she completed her fellowship in Pain Medicine at Loma Linda University Medical Center after completing her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). Dr. Abou-Diab earned her medical degree from UAMS.

Dr. Abou-Diab will lead River Trail Pain & Wellness, a new pain management practice located on the campus of Arkansas Surgical Hospital. The practice will offer comprehensive interventional pain management services focused on helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve their quality of life through advanced, non-surgical treatment options.

Dr. Iou-Ren Chang joins Bowen Hefley Orthopedics as a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in Adult Reconstruction and Complex Hip and Knee Revision Surgery. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Dr. Chang earned his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University, completed his orthopedic surgery residency at OhioHealth, and went on to complete a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at Allegheny General Hospital. Dr. Chang and his wife, an OB/GYN practicing in Central Arkansas, are making Central Arkansas their home as they both care for patients in the community.

"We are excited to welcome Dr. Abou-Diab and Dr. Chang to Arkansas Surgical Hospital," said Brian Fowler, CEO of Arkansas Surgical Hospital. "Both physicians share our commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. Their expertise enhances our ability to provide comprehensive orthopedic and pain management services while continuing our mission of helping patients move better, feel better, and get back to the activities they love."
